March for Jesus Fort Worth traces its beginnings to Saginaw, Texas, where Harvest to Hope organized the first local march in 2025. The vision was inspired by Bishop Ernest Caradine, a Fort Worth pastor who attended a March for Jesus gathering in Spokane, Washington, during the 1990s. The experience stayed with him for decades, inspiring a desire to bring that same spirit of worship and unity to his own community.

What began as a vision quickly gained momentum. Churches, volunteers, and community members rallied together, bringing the first march to life in just a matter of months.

Following its inaugural year, March for Jesus leadership prayerfully considered where the gathering should go next. With encouragement from Fort Worth City Councilmember Michael Crain, a Saginaw native, the march expanded into Fort Worth in 2026.

As one of the nation's largest cities, Fort Worth is home to countless neighborhoods, churches, and communities. Yet, amid that growth, the desire for connection and unity remains. March for Jesus Fort Worth reflects that shared desire, bringing people from across the city and surrounding communities together for one purpose: to publicly lift up the name of Jesus Christ.

What began in Saginaw continues to grow through the faith, dedication, and participation of the community that makes it possible.
